IBC RECONDITIONING LINE

Developed only recently this IBC reconditioning line allows the client to clean both internally and externally on one machine with an operating staff of only two, with the wash station being able to be set at 2-4-6-8 and 10 minute cycles depending on the clients cleaning procedures.

Stations:

Station 1 - Dregs Draining Tank
Fork lift loads two IBC Tanks for draining time of 5 minutes duration

Station 2 - Dregs Drain Pan Back to Tank
2 IBC tanks arrive and stand for draining time of 5 minutes duration

Station 3 - Caustic Wash
2 IBC tanks arrive, 2 wash units are lowered into IBC, pumps are turned on and 110 volt wash units wash for 5 minutes, pumps turned off and wash units rise clear of IBC

Station 4 - Caustic Drain
2 IBC tanks arrive and stand for draining time of 5 minutes duration

Station 5 - Soapy Water Wash
2 IBC tanks arrive, 2 wash units are lowered into IBC, pumps are turned on and 110 volt wash units wash for 5 minutes, pumps are turned off and wash units rise clear of IBC

Station 6 - Soapy Water Drain
2 IBC tanks arrive and stand for draining time of 5 minutes duration

Station 7 - Clear Water Wash
2 IBC tanks arrive, 2 wash units are lowered into IBC, pumps are turned on and 110 volt wash units wash for 5 minutes, pumps are turned off and wash units rise clear of IBC

Station 8 - Clean Water Drain
2 IBC tanks arrive and stand for draining time of 5 minutes duration

Station 9 - External Wash
2 IBC tanks arrive at station, allowing for the operation to wash two tanks externally

Station 10 - Optional
Pressure testing station

Station 11 - Optional
Internal Drying Station
